It is with heavy hearts that the family of Symone (Daigle) Daley announce her peaceful passing on May 10, 2026, at Percy's Place, Miramichi, in her 93rd year.
Born to Edmond and Elmonde (Schofield) Daigle, she was raised in Hardwicke, NB, a place she loved her entire life. She married the love of her life, William (Bill) Daley, and together they built a home filled with warmth and love. All were welcomed into her home - no matter the hour, no matter the crowd, Symone fed, hosted, and cared for anyone who was at the door. Whether she was cooking, sewing, or simply offering a kind word, her welcoming nature touched everyone she met.
Throughout her life, Symone was deeply involved in her church and community. She brought dedication to everything she did. She worked many years at Beaubear Co-op, was a longtime member of the CWL, and was active in the Cursillo movement. Her faith was a guiding force, in which she shared her light as a volunteer in religious education and as a Brownie leader.
Symone is survived by her children: Michael (Karen), Gerry...
