The City of Miramichi is undertaking the development of a comprehensive City Growth Plan to guide residential, employment, and infrastructure growth over a 25-year horizon. The plan will cover its neighbourhood communities.

Public engagement is an important part of this process. The City of Miramichi is inviting residents to share their thoughts, ideas, and concerns about the future growth and development of the Municipality.

𝐎𝐏𝐄𝐍 𝐇𝐎𝐔𝐒𝐄

The City is hosting two Public Open Houses on Wednesday, October 15th at the following locations:

Travelodge Miramichi, 1 Jane Street - 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.

Miramichi Exhibition, 24 Church Street - 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

The Open Houses will introduce the overall study and sets out, at a high level, opportunities and challenges that the City of Miramichi faces over the coming decades from a growth management perspective.
