Researchers in New Brunswick are inviting adults aged 65 and older who experience difficulty sleeping—and their family members or friends—to participate in a small focus group discussion.
The purpose of the study is to develop a mail out that would notify people about resources that could help them sleep better, without the use of sleeping pills.
Participation is voluntary, no medical diagnosis is required, and focus groups are available either in person or online. Participants will receive a modest token of appreciation for their time.
If you are aged 65 or older and have trouble falling or staying asleep, or if you support someone who does, we would like to hear from you.
