Vera lived a remarkable 103 years defined by her devotion to those she loved and a zest for life that never faded.
For many years, Vera worked as a housekeeper for several prominent families. While she began as an employee, her warmth and integrity transformed those roles into lifelong bonds. She became a cherished family member to those she worked for, valued as much for her wisdom as for her hard work.
Known for her impeccable class, she was always “dressed to the nines” with her signature red hair and matching red lips. Her outward glamour was a perfect reflection of her fiery personalityand sharp wit. Whether she was at the bingo hall, enjoying a dance or gathered round a table for a spirited card game, Vera was the life of the party and loved a good laugh with friends.
Her greatest pride was her family; she was the golden thread that wove her family together. Her strength and infectious laughter will be deeply missed be the many generations she shaped. Vera leaves behind a circle of family and friends who will forevercherish her memory. She lived with a vibrant energy that few could match and left the world a more colorful place.
