Sylvia Marie Manuel of Baie-Sainte-Anne, New Brunswick, passed away at the Miramichi Regional Hospital on October 7, 2025, at the age of 66.

Born in Chatham, New Brunswick, on August 19, 1959, she was the daughter of the late Edgar and Elizabeth (Robichaud) Manuel.  She attended Sainte-Anne’s Catholic Church.

Sylvia is survived by her siblings: Lucien Manuel, Marguerite Martin (Leonard), Therese Martin (Simeon), Sylvain Manuel (Patricia), Maria Carroll (Eddie), Catherine Carroll (Richard), Edna Daigle (Edgar), Edgar Manuel (Ilene) and Fred Manuel (Tammy); as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  She was predeceased by her parents and brother, Roger Manuel.

Visitation will be held at Sister Blondine Martin Slumber Room, 5351 Route 117, Baie-Sainte-Anne, New Brunswick on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, from 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM and Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 4:00 PM from Sainte-Anne’s Catholic Church.  Interment will be in Sainte-Anne’s Catholic Cemetery.
