With sadness in our hearts, we have to announce the passing of Mary Jane Martin. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt, sister and friend.

She was born in Chatham Head, N.B. and moved to Brampton, ON as a teen with her family.

She enjoyed baking, karaoke, and being with family and friends. Her laughter filled the room.

She is the daughter of the late Alex Hachey and Ovilda Hachey.

She is the sister of the late Norman Hachey.

She is survived by her loving husband Ivan Martin, her 4 daughters Yvonne Martin, Cynthia Martin, Lucy Stewart (Martin), and Samantha Wallace (Martin). She is also survived by her siblings Shirley Whyte (Hachey), Carmel Pearson (Hachey), Jeanette Donovan-Imber (Hachey), Patricia Hachey, June Hachey, Alfreda Hachey, Linda Paul (Hachey), Donald Hachey, Billy Hachey, David Hachey and Roy Hachey. She had 14 grandchildren, the late Kattlin, Rebecca, Katelyn, Alyssa, Luke, Shayla, Chantelle, Jessica, Rachel, Myles, Angelica, Desmond, William, and Isabella. She has 4 great grandchildren, Eliyah, Ada, Atlas, Chrono and Brooklyn .

She has left us all with a lot of wonderful memories and will be greatly missed.
