The death of Kevin Lorne Crowder, husband of Susan (MacArthur) Crowder of Miramichi, NB, occurred on Thursday, January 1, 2026 at the age of 55. Born in Moncton,NB, he was the son of Janet (Brooks) Cooke of Riverview, NB and the late Michael Crowder.

Kevin retired after a 35 year career from the Royal Bank, Miramichi where he worked as the Bank Manager. He started in Chatham, NB, and went to Glace Bay, NS, Happy Valley-Goose Bay, NL, Paradise NL and then finally returning to the Miramichi to the Newcastle Branch where he made some great lifelong friends along the way.

He loved spending time with his wife and daughter travelling, camping and enjoying the outdoors. He always looked forward to his canoe-camping trips with ‘the boys’ and he was always up for a good time. 

Besides his wife and mother, Kevin is survived by his daughter: Samantha at home; brother:Kirk Crowder (Heather Anthes) of Salisbury, NB; father & mother-in-law: Ronald and Margaret MacArthur of Moncton, NB; sisters-in-law: Evelyn Hoyt (Alec); Charlene Collins (Robert) all of Moncton, NB; brother-in-law: Michael MacArthur (Bridget) of Salt Lake City, Utah; as well as several nieces and nephews.

 The family will receive visitors at Jardine Funeral Home on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. The funeral service will take place from Jardine Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, January 8, 2026, at 1PM. A reception and celebration of life will follow at New Maritime Beer Company, 55 Newcastle, Blvd., Miramichi from 2-4 PM.
