The death of Elsie Harris of Miramichi, NB, partner of the late Terry Walsh, occurred on Saturday, November 29, 2025, at the age of 69. Born in Newcastle, NB, she was the daughter of the late Keith and Frances (Hare) Harris.

Elsie is survived by daughter: Serena Comeau (Gabriel) of Aldouane, NB; son: Danny Woods of Aldouane, NB; grandchildren: Emma Woods and Noah Comeau; sisters: Julianne Bruce of Alberta, Carolyn Howe (Brian) of Oromocto, NB; Ruth Matchett (Roger) of Miramichi, NB and Jean Matchett (Roderick) of Sunny Corner, NB; three brothers: Graham Harris (Susan) of Newfoundland, Ross Harris of Ontario and Blake Andrew “Andy” Harris (Marina) of Newfoundland; father of her children: Gerry Woods; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents and partner, she is predeceased by sisters: Margaret Harris, Nancy Howe; brother: Reggie Harris.
