Yellow Wings Program to Visit Miramichi Airport This Weekend Aug. 18 & 19th 2012

Four beautifully-restored vintage aircraft that tell the story of one of Canada’s proudest achievements, the massive, homegrown effort to build airfields and train hundreds of thousands of allied WWII aviators. The Yellow Wings pilots will meet the public and media to talk about significance of their historic planesm operated by Vintage Wings of Canada. The planes will be on display and the public is welcome to visit and view the aircraft entrance at the general Manson Way Entrance.
This event is part of the annual COPA Fly-IN.

The poor VooDoo needs a good cleaning and a coat of paint , would be nice to if someone could track down a F-86 & maybe a mock-up of a Spitfire & TBM for display, People will travel to see these , people do south of the border.
It’s fantastic that this piece of history can come back to Miramichi. At what times are the viewing and the public able to fly in these aircraft? What are the Entry fees and flight fees?
