The death of Alexander Percy “Sonny” Milson, husband and best friend of the Noel (Ryan) Milson, of Miramichi, New Brunswick, occurred on Tuesday, February 18, 2025, at his residence at the age of 75. Born in Chatham, New Brunswick, he was the son of the late Alexander and Evelyn Milson. In his younger years, Sonny enjoyed a good game of darts and shooting a round of pool. He enjoyed playing the guitar and singing.

Sonny is survived by his children, Chris Milson of Miramichi, Jody Richard (Jonathan) and Angie Milson both of Moncton; sisters: Bonnie Goulette (Late Billy) of Miramichi; Freda Marsh (late Edgar) of Miramichi; brother: Merle Milson (Patricia) of Miramichi; grandchildren Tyler, Alison (Teryn), Jayme, Rebecca, Nathan and Christopher; great-grandchild: Kyleigh; longtime friend: George Comeau as well as several nieces and nephews. 

Besides his parents, Sonny is predeceased by sister: Margie and Sonny Thompson.

The family will receive visitors at Jardine Funeral Home, on Sunday, February 23, 2025, from 7-9 PM and again on Monday, February 24, 2025, from 10 AM until the time of the funeral service at 11 AM at Jardine Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Kathy Parks officiating.
