The death of Mary Evangeline (McKay) Tulip, wife of the late Collin Tulip, of Miramichi, NB, occurred on Friday, January 3, 2025, at the Miramichi Regional Hospital at the age of 74. Born in Chatham, NB, she was the daughter of the late Archibald and Laura (Doiron) McKay.

Mary is survived by son: David Lee McKay (Lita) of Burnt Church, NB; grandchildren: Ryder, Dana, Lucas; 1 great grandchild; sisters: Nancy Robichaud (Paul) of Oak Point, NB, Alice Doucet (Donnie) of MacKenzie, BC, May St Coeur (John) of Barryville, NB, Isabella Fournier (late Rheal) of Barryville, NB, Theresa McKay of Chatham, NB, Margaret Girouard (late Stafford) of London, ON; brothers; Roger of Barryville, NB, Lewis (Shirley) of Fox Island River, NL, Jerry (Louise) of Pokemouche, NB, Gil (Tammy) of Kenora, ON; sister-in-law: Lynn of Hamilton, ON; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Besides her husband and parents, she is predeceased by brothers: Danny, Eugene, Gerald; sister: Joanne.

The family would like to thank the staff of the Miramichi Regional Hospital for taking care of Mary.

There will be no visitation or funeral service at this time.
