The death of Mary Frances (Jardine) Donovan, wife of Terrance Donovan of Lincoln, NB occurred on Thursday, March 20, 2025, at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital at the age of 73. Born in Quarryville, NB, she was the daughter of the late Gordon and Frances (Jardine) Jardine. Mary was a homemaker who loved to dance and have a great laugh. She was always the life of the party.

Besides her husband, Mary is survived by her children: Nancy Jardine-Smith (John) of Hanwell, NB; Timmy Jardine of Miramichi, NB; sisters: Patsy Tucker of Hanover, ON; Janice Corcoran of Upper Derby, NB; Rhoda Manderville (late David Manderville) of Upper Derby, NB; brother: Lewis Jardine (late Susan) of Upper Derby, NB; sisters-in-law Penny Vickery (Terry) of Miramichi, Betty Lou Donovan of Miramichi, Doris Donovan (late Gary) of Miramichi, brother-in-law Ronnie (Angela) of Miramichi, NB; grandchildren: Mackenzie Smith, Sydney Smith, Brett Jardine and Bradley Jardine as well as several nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her fur babies Spook, Muffin and Angel who she loved more than anything.

Besides her parents, Mary is predeceased by mother-in-law and father-in-law Verna and Percy Donovan and sister-in-law Dale Donovan.

A graveside service will be held from St. Mark’s Cemetery, Quarryville, NB, on Monday, March 24, 2025, at 11 AM with Rev. Kathy Parks officiating.
