Ida Gertrude (Curtis) Sullivan, of Gray Rapids, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family, at Percy's Place, on Tuesday, February 4, 2025, at the age of 88.

Born in Gray Rapids, she was the daughter of the late Lloyd and Emily (MacDonald) Curtis. Ida was retired from Rocky Brook Fishing Camps, and was a member of Gray Rapids United Pentecostal Church.

She will be greatly missed by her children Florence Stewart of Gray Rapids, Murray Sullivan (Amanda) of Barnettville, Beverly Sullivan (Reta) of Miramichi, and Carol Harris (Sheldon) of Sillikers; her sister Myrna Sullivan (Late Hazen) of Gray Rapids; six grandchildren Christopher Stewart (Nicole), Milton Sullivan, Andrew Sullivan (Mya), Matthew Sullivan (Candace), Marley Ellis (James), and Lindsay Briggs (Makayla); three great granddaughters Lexie Stewart, Lincoln Sullivan, and Sophie Stewart; and several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Irving Sullivan; children Lindsay and Roberta; brothers Lindon Curtis (Late Lena), Leslie Curtis (Late Daisy), Marshall Curtis (Late Vera), and Currie Curtis (Late Mabel); and her sisters Edna Curtis (Late Roy), Beatrice Jardine (Late Dave), Rachel Curtis (Late Albert), and Carol Newman (Late David).

The family will receive relatives and friends from Gray Rapids United Pentecostal Church on Friday, February 7, 2025, from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 8, 2025, at 2 pm, from Gray Rapids United Pentecostal Church, with Pastor Graham Russell officiating. Interment will take place in the church cemetery at a later date.
