It is with great sadness that the family of Benjamin Morris Walsh announce his passing on Thursday, February 6, 2025, in Regina, SK, at the age of 78 years.

Ben was born in Chatham N.B. on December 21, 1946. He was predeceased by his father, Gordon; his mother, Margaret (nee Morris); his brother, Gordon; and his son, Jeffrey.

Ben is survived by his wife, Margaret (nee Jones); his daughter, Jodi (Mike); and grandchildren, Ryder, Avery, Jordan and Ben.

Ben was a member of the RCMP and retired as a Sargent after 30 years of service. He was an active member of the Masonic Lodge for over 50 years and was also involved with the RCMP veterans.

Ben was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend. He loved going out for coffee and breakfast with his friends. Ben was a very jovial person; he loved talking to anybody and made friends everywhere he went.

A Graveside Service will be held on May 26, 2025, at Riverside Cemetery at 2:00 p.m., for immediate family and close friends only.

A Reception will be held at St. Paul’s Anglican Cathedral, 1861 McIntyre St, Regina, SK at 3:00 p.m., following the Graveside Service.
