The death of Anna Georgina (McKibbon) Silliker wife of the late Seaman Silliker of Miramichi, NB and formerly of Strathadam, NB, occurred on Friday, February 28, 2025, at the age of 94. Born in Newcastle, NB, she was the daughter of the late William and Frances (Arseneau) McKibbon. Anna was a homemaker and member of the Roman Catholic Church.

Anna is survived by her children: Terry (Daphne) of Salisbury, NB; Wayne (Joyce) of Strathadam, NB; Margaret Stewart (late Don) of South Esk, NB; Heather Silliker (Gordie) of Calgary, AB; siblings: Clarence (Gail) of Miramichi, NB; Peter (Elaine) of Cassilis, NB; Winnie Matchett (late Eddie); Margaret Mulholland (late Jim); Willa Harris (late Elliot) all of Miramichi, NB; grandchildren: Jeffery, Ricky, Bradley, Andy, Jeremy, Craig, Andrea and Claudia; great grandchildren: Jacinda, Haley, Nicole, Jace, Emma, William, Audrey, Shay, Reed, Rhett and Zach; great great grandchildren: Ryker, Rayne, Broden, Emmett, Milo and Lilly.

Besides her parents and husband, Anna is predeceased by brother: Billy and sister: Josephine.

The family will receive visitors at Jardine Funeral Home on Sunday, March 2, 2025, from 4-7 PM. The funeral service will be held from Jardine Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, March 3, 2025, at 11 AM with Father Peter Igwe officiating. Burial will take place in St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Cemetery later in the spring.
