Albert M. Martin of Miramichi, New Brunswick, passed away at the Miramichi Regional Hospital on April 30, 2025, at the age of 72.

Born in Baie-Sainte-Anne, New Brunswick, on March 22, 1953, he was the son of the late Maurice and Albertine Martin.  Albert was a fisherman by trade.  He loved bowling, playing cribb, baseball, and boxing in his younger days.  He also enjoyed hunting.

Albert is survived by his wife, Rosalie (Nash) Martin; two daughters, Tina Kingston (Allen), and Chastity Martin (Stanley Deon), both of Miramichi, New Brunswick; five grandchildren, Abigail (Xavier), Lucas (Emily), Amelia, Lily, and Zachery; two sisters, Jocelyn Manuel (Marc), and Paula Martin (Denis), both of Baie-Sainte-Anne, New Brunswick; one brother, Jean-Marc (Janice) of Baie-Sainte-Anne, New Brunswick; as well as nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.  He was predeceased by his parents; sister, Brenda; brother, Arsene; and brother-in-law, Alonzo.

Visitation will be held at Adams Funeral Home Ltd., 140 King St., Miramichi, New Brunswick, on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM, with a funeral Liturgy of the Word to follow at 1:00 PM from Adams Funeral Home Chapel, with The Reverend Father David Rioux as celebrant.
